Curriculum
My research interests are related to the disciplines of design, survey and representation of architecture. I am specialized in the digital acquisition, documentation and critical analysis of the architectural and archaeological heritage through the use of the latest computer techniques and 3D digital models. I have studied Architecture for five years at University of Bologna. Then I won a fellowship to study at IUAV Architecture University of Venice, where I studied Digital Architecture, a postgraduate master course. After that experience, I decided to apply for a Ph.D. at University of Bologna where I studied as a Ph.D. student with a fellowship of three years. Now i am a research fellow at Department of Architecture and Design (DAD) at Politecnico di Torino. I am a person who has been always enthusiastic to learn new knowledge and make experiences that can put me in touch with people who share my same passions and interests: use of information technology to cultural heritage, digital archaeology, Virtual Recontructions and use of ontologies and BIM platforms to manage information about virtual reconstruction processes.
