ATELIER - innovATive Education for sociaL Inclusion via co-dEsign pRactices, the Erasmus+ project, coordinated by Prof. Cristian Campagnaro and Dr. Sara Ceraolo, with the collaboration of Dr. Marco D'Urzo, is coming into full swing.
ATELIER aims to promote cooperation between universities and civil society organizations in order to develop a learning program on co-design methods and knowledge as a tool for promoting social inclusion initiatives.
The 3-year project (2023-2026) involves a rich partnership. It includes three universities: Politecnico di Torino (IT), Universitatea Nationala De Stiinta Si Tehnologie Politehnica Bucuresti (RO) and Associação De Investigação Observatório Lusófono De Actividades Económicas (PT); four civil society organizations: Akadimos KVDM (EL), Kc Kompetenscenter Idéburen Sektor (SE), S-NODI Gabriele Nigro Promoting Committee (IT) and Synthesis Center For Research And Education Limited (CY); and an international network (Caritas Europe).
One of the first outputs of the project, currently being developed by the International Transdisciplinary Study Group, will be a catalog of best practices: 50 virtuous cases of initiatives in which co-design, co-creation and co-crafting are used as tools for the development of social inclusion initiatives.
