Call for abstracts International Conference on Cities’ Identity Through Architecture and Arts (CITAA 2026)
Marking ten years of international collaboration, a new edition of the International Conference on Cities' Identity Through Architecture and Arts (CITAA 2026) will be held in 2026.
Over time, CITAA has become a truly global forum, involving over 500 participants from 80 countries and promoting interdisciplinary dialogue on cities, culture, and identity.
The tenth edition of the conference will be hosted at Politecnico di Torino, at Castello del Valentino, known for its architectural heritage, urban innovation, and cultural depth—an inspiring setting for this milestone conference.
The conference will be held from September 8 to 10, 2026, and the Call for Abstracts is already open for those who wish to participate in the event as protagonists with their research in the fields of architectural and urban heritage, artistic expression, identity-driven urban transformation, and sustainable, inclusive city-making.
Abstracts (max 300 words) must be submitted by February 10, 2026 (1st round).
