Industrial Heritage in Chile

Characteristics and conservation projects.

A general overview will be presented of the characteristics, valuation and conservation projects of industrial heritage in Chile. This heritage is mainly linked to the exploitation of natural resources and, to this end, architectural and engineering works have been implemented in defiance of the conditions of the territory, transcending those complexes that managed to create and consolidate urban settlements.
The conference will be held in English
